Postmates was nearly 2 hrs late with my order. I placed my order at 7 pm, it kept getting delayed up until 8:50pm. So i cancelled the order. Was tired of waiting on the food. But the driver named pamela texted me saying the place i ordered from was short staffed, yet if that was the truth, i would have seen her vehicle parked at dunkin donuts. Except no, the first 30-45 mins of my order being placed she was sitting in some driveway. Then after that she got near dunkin and sat in ANOTHER driveway for over 20-30 mins. This is utterly ridiculous. Couldnt even get any compensation for this, just the refund.

Order was 2 hrs late.

The order was easy, the delivery was on time and handled perfectly, food was just as requested, and the food was delicious!

Everything went well. We ask that an item be added, and it was not added. Not sure it the item was not able to be included by the store, or if the runner didn't ask. There was no way to communicate with the runner.

The food was ordered for my husband's Father's Day meal. I received a pic from the driver (Sally) indicating the order had been delivered. I contacted the driver immediately and notified her that the meal was delivered to the wrong house and asked her to retrieve the food and deliver it to the correct address. She adamantly refused and suggested that I walk to the correct house and get the food. I explained that I was four hours away from my home and unable to do what she had suggested. She very rudely hung up on me. I contacted Postmates via chat and the worker told me he could not help me because the food had already been delivered. After going around and around, he offered me $10. I refused and told him that I wanted the food delivered to my husband or I wanted all of my money back.
